FAQ

Why are your competitors charging so much more?
They charge whatever the market can bear. I have seen some customers charged over $6,000 for this technology. They may fool a few but overall all of our competitors have one thing in common. No market penetration.

How does the RexFuel catalyst compare to your competitors in results?
Outstanding. We are open to any challenge. Our new and improved Rexecon Catalyst model has been enhanced with new technology that propels the exposed fuel molecules into the injectors.

Can the RexFuel catalyst be used on a car?
Yes. The Rexecon Catalyst works on gas, diesel and blended fuels. Also on all types of bunker oils.

Insurance? Warranties? And what can go wrong?
Rexecon carriers a $3 million dollar incident policy and a $5 million aggregate. Our warranty will cover our product for 10 years against any defects. There has never been a return due to defects or a claim on the insurance for any reason. The largest risk to our product is improper installation. Rexecon requires that a licensed mechanic or service person install our product.

How are Carbon Credits tracked and recorded?
Rexecon will work with pre approved verification specialists. Each industry segment has different rules and protocols. Rexecon will continue to work with their partners in developing software applications to track and record these potential credits when possible.

What ongoing maintenance does the recipient have to do?
Nothing. Once installed our product never needs to be serviced and has a life expectancy of over 10 years.

Will the product void any warranties?
No. The engine manufactures warranty is for defects in materials and workmanship only. Warranty is not affected if another product is placed on the engine. All engine companies have written letters stating their position on this issue.

How does the Rexecon Catalyst protect my engine and prolong engine life?
About 30-80% of the exhaust (fuel soot) from the combustion process is trapped in the engine crankcase, thus contaminating the oil. This varies depending upon the age and condition of the engine. Newer model engines will trap more soot than earlier models. As soot builds up in the oil, it stays there in suspension gradually increasing the viscosity and increasing abrasive wear in the engine. With the Rexecon Catalyst offering the engine a more complete and cleaner burn, we can help reduce the amount of generated soot by up to 50%. Rexecon Catalyst can keep the oil cleaner for longer and prolong costly oil changes.

Where should the Rexecon Catalyst be mounted?
It should be mounted as close to the injector pump or the fuel rail as possible. It should not be further that 12” from those items. We prefer it to be mounted in a horizontal position with the red end toward the inlet to the engine. Mounting normally takes 1-2 hours depending on the engine manufacturer and the application.

Why does the Rexecon Catalyst need to be mounted 12 inches from the inlet to the engine?
As fuel passes thought the Rexecon Catalyst it will alter the fuel at the molecular level. If the distance from the Rexecon Catalyst to the pump is too great the fuel may return to its previous condition and then all of the benefits gained by using the Rexecon Catalyst would be lost.
